What types of beanbags do you offer?
We manufacture a wide range of indoor and outdoor beanbags, including children’s beanbag chairs, standard and jumbo chair-shaped beanbags, round beanbags, waterproof loungers, pool floaters, pool pillows and luxury outdoor daybeds. Our collection includes leatherette, waterproof and premium fabric options.
How do I choose the right beanbag?
The best option depends on who will use it and where it will be placed.
Our Kiddies Beanbag Chair is designed specifically for children. The Standard Shape Beanbag is suitable for children and adults, while the Jumbo Chair Shaped Beanbag offers additional space, armrests and head support for teenagers and adults. Our teardrop loungers, round beanbags and luxury daybeds are ideal for more spacious relaxation areas.
What sizes are available?
Sizes differ according to the product. Options across the range include small, standard, large and extra-large beanbags.
Measurements are provided on the relevant product pages where applicable. For example, the Extra Large Outdoor Teardrop Lounger measures approximately 1m wide by 1.8m long, while the Luxury Daybed measures approximately 97cm wide by 191cm long.
Do your beanbags arrive filled?
Our beanbags are supplied with supportive polystyrene bead or granule filling unless otherwise stated on the individual product page. This allows the beanbag to mould comfortably around the user’s body.
What filling do you use?
We use high-quality polystyrene beads or granules to provide lightweight, body-contouring comfort. Several products, including our chair-shaped beanbags, are filled with recycled polystyrene granules.
Will my beanbag lose some of its fullness over time?
Polystyrene filling may gradually settle with regular use. When your beanbag begins to feel less full, it can be topped up rather than replaced. We offer beanbag refilling services.
Can I purchase additional polystyrene filling?
Yes. We sell polystyrene filling for customers who would like to top up an existing beanbag. Contact us with the size and type of beanbag so that we can help you estimate the amount required.
Can the beanbags be used outdoors?
Selected beanbags are suitable for outdoor use. Our outdoor loungers, pool products and luxury daybeds are made using outdoor-friendly or waterproof fabrics. Several leatherette products are also UV-resistant and water-resistant, making them suitable for patios, poolside areas and covered entertainment spaces.
Are all your beanbags waterproof?
No. The level of water protection depends on the product and fabric.
Some products are made from waterproof fabric, while others are water-resistant and designed to handle minor spills or light exposure to moisture. A water-resistant beanbag should not be submerged in water. Please check the individual product description or contact us before using a beanbag in or around a swimming pool.
Can the pool pillows and floaters be used in the swimming pool?
Yes. Our Pool Floaters and Pool Pillows are manufactured using waterproof fabric and buoyant polystyrene beads. They are designed to provide comfortable support while floating in the pool. Children should always be supervised around water.
Will the colour fade outdoors?
Selected products use UV-resistant materials to help reduce colour fading. However, prolonged exposure to strong sunlight and harsh weather may affect any fabric over time. Storing or covering your beanbag when it is not being used will help preserve its appearance.
What colours are available?
Colour options vary according to the product and fabric. The collection includes neutral, bright and striped options such as black, blue, brown, green, grey, pink, red, sky blue, tan, yellow and selected striped combinations.

How do I clean my beanbag?
Leatherette beanbags can generally be wiped clean using a damp cloth and mild soapy water. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners or rough scrubbing tools, as these may damage the fabric.

Do the beanbags have removable inner liners?
Selected products include a separate inner liner that securely contains the filling. This helps prevent spills when the outer cover is being cleaned, maintained or refilled.
Please check the relevant product description or contact us to confirm whether a particular model includes an inner liner.
Can you repair or refurbish an older beanbag?
Yes. We offer beanbag refurbishment and refilling services. Contact us with photographs, approximate measurements and a description of the work required so that we can assess the beanbag and provide guidance.
Do you make custom beanbags?
Yes. Custom-made beanbags are available. Contact our team with your preferred size, shape, colour, fabric and intended use so that we can discuss the available options and prepare a quotation.
Do you manufacture beanbags for schools, offices and hospitality businesses?
Yes. Several products are suitable for classrooms, school libraries, student accommodation, offices, staff lounges, waiting areas, hotels, resorts, guest houses and recreational spaces.

Can I place a bulk order?
Please contact us directly for bulk, commercial or institutional orders. Providing the required quantity, product type, colours and delivery location will help us prepare an accurate quotation and production timeframe.
Can I rent beanbags for events?
Yes. Beanbag rental is one of the services we offer. Contact us with your event date, location, required quantities and preferred styles so that we can confirm availability and provide a quotation.
How long will it take to process my order?
Standard orders are currently processed within five to seven business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Processing may take longer during busy periods, and delivery transit time must be added after the order has been dispatched. Custom and bulk orders may require additional production time.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free.
Do you deliver throughout South Africa?
We deliver across South Africa.
Can I collect my order?
Collection arrangements must be confirmed with our team before placing or collecting an order. Our workshop is located at 767 Shepstone Street, Edendale, Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.
How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
Once your order has been completed and dispatched, we will provide the available delivery or collection information. Please ensure that the telephone number and email address supplied with your order are correct.
Can I cancel my order?
The current cancellation policy allows an order for physical goods to be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the item has not already been shipped.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Custom-made or specially manufactured items may be subject to separate cancellation conditions.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number, proof of payment, a description of the problem and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
Refunds or other remedies may be considered when an item is defective, damaged or not as described.
How long do approved refunds take?
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The current policy indicates that customers should allow approximately five to ten working days for the amount to reflect, depending on the bank.
